Voice messages say when no speech was heard
Voice in your AI employee chat now tells you plainly what happened to each recording.
What you get
- When a voice message holds no speech, for example when a Bluetooth headset or car kit is connected but did not pick up your voice, the chat says No speech was heard in this recording instead of reporting a transcription error. When your device names the microphone, the notice names it too, so you can see which one recorded.
- Some voice messages that could not be turned into text on the first try are now transcribed on a second try.
- A quick tap on the microphone no longer swallows the voice message you record next, and a recording that is cancelled while the microphone is still starting no longer breaks the next one.
- On the phone, the live voice button is back next to the message field, so a spoken conversation with your AI employee is one tap away.
- On iPhone, live voice starts listening sooner after you open it.
- While a voice message is sending, the attachment shown above the message field no longer appears as a broken picture.
