Latest updates

  1. Improved

Big spreadsheets read faster and more safely

Spreadsheets you give your AI employee are read faster and more reliably.

  2. Fixed

Voice messages say when no speech was heard

Voice in your AI employee chat now tells you plainly what happened to each recording.

  3. Fixed

Menus offer only what works for you

The / command menu and the Add panel list now show only what you can actually use.

  4. Fixed

Connecting ChatGPT in chat switches your AI employee to it

Connecting ChatGPT from your AI employee chat now finishes the job: the AI employee switches to it as soon as you sign in.

  5. Fixed

Compute box cards say what to do next instead of crying wolf

The cards in Compute Resources now tell you the real state of each box and the next step.

  6. Fixed

Answers from your own compute box no longer use up your AI budget

An AI employee placed on your own compute box no longer adds a made-up $1 charge to Usage & Billing for every answer.

  7. Fixed

PDFs you add to knowledge are read again

Documents you give your AI employee are read reliably again.

  8. Fixed

Reports on team tasks are checked against the tasks themselves

When your AI employees work as a team, they hand tasks to each other. Until now, the check of what an AI employee says could not see those tasks, so a correct report that it took or closed a task could get a note saying it could not be confirmed. Now the check reads the tasks themselves.

  9. Fixed

When a scheduled task hits a login problem, the person who manages the login is told

Until now, when the person who set up a scheduled task also managed the AI login behind it, a login problem was reported only inside that task's chat, where nobody looks while the task runs. Now that person gets a notice, like anyone else who manages the login.

  10. New

Four ready roles for a new AI employee, and a clear answer when your plan is full

+ New Employee now offers four ready roles to every company: Sales Development Rep, Customer Support, Content Writer and Meeting Scheduler.

  11. New

Create a new AI employee at any time, not only the first one

+ New Employee in Fleet Dashboard and Employee Cards adds an AI employee to your company at any time, not only while the company has none.

  12. Fixed

The compute box setup guide shows the buttons and commands you actually see

The setup guide and the first-box wizard in Compute Resources now show the buttons and commands you actually see.

  13. Fixed

Compute Resources keeps working in Safari on iPhone

The list of your compute boxes keeps working in Safari on iPhone and iPad when a box goes online or offline.

  14. Fixed

A compute box waiting to be paired gets a new code from its card

When the pairing code of a new compute box runs out, Generate New Code on its card in Compute Resources gives you a fresh one.

  15. Improved

Your own compute box keeps its VEP agent up to date by itself

The VEP agent on your own computer now installs new versions by itself: it finishes the work that is running first and returns to the previous version if a new one does not start.

  16. Fixed

Assigning an AI employee and its local AI to your compute box works

In Compute Resources, Assign Brain now picks one of your AI employees for your own compute box, Apply Recommended Local Setup moves it onto the box, and the box keeps the local AI you choose for its answers.

  17. Fixed

Learning from your chats now waits instead of being dropped

Your AI employee learns from what you ask it and what it answers in your chat with it. When that cannot happen right away, because of a usage limit, a sign-in problem, an outage or a busy moment, the question and answer now wait and are tried again instead of being dropped, so your AI employee learns them once the problem is gone.

  18. Fixed

Something learned late no longer replaces your correction

Your AI employee sometimes learns from your chat later than it happened, for example after waiting out a usage limit or an outage. Now what you said last in the chat stays current: an older statement learned late is kept in its history and no longer replaces a newer correction.

  19. Improved

Your AI employee's claims are checked against what it did

When your AI employee tells you in its chat that it did something or that it will do something later, that statement is checked against what it actually did. A check that is busy now runs again a few minutes later instead of leaving the reply unchecked.

  20. Fixed

A busy mailbox is no longer reported as disconnected

When Google briefly limits how fast a mailbox can be read, your AI employee no longer says Gmail is not connected: it is told the mailbox is only busy, and the read is tried again. A mail watch that cannot listen yet now says whose mailbox it is and who can turn it on.

  21. New

Your AI employee adds and removes Pipedrive deal followers

Your AI employee can now add a colleague as a follower of a Pipedrive deal, show who follows a deal and remove a follower, across as many deals as you ask.

  22. Improved

Your AI employee's knowledge no longer expires

What your AI employee learned stays current however old it is, until something newer replaces it. Nothing is archived or ranked down just because of its age.

  23. Early access

Topics stay fast as your chats grow

Chats with many topics stay fast as they grow: the topic list, the General tab and the unread badges of long chats now open in a fraction of the time they used to.

  24. Fixed

Google Meet sign-in shows the number to tap on your phone

To join Google Meet, your AI employee signs in with your Google account, and Google often asks you to confirm on your phone. Until now you could not see the number Google asked you to tap, so the sign-in often failed. Now the sign-in step shows it.

  25. Improved

Fewer interruptions when we update the app

Until now, an update could make the site unavailable for several seconds and hold back replies for minutes. Most updates now do neither: you keep working while the new version takes over.

  26. Early access

Come back to an old topic and pick up where you left off

When you come back to a topic after weeks or months, your AI employee brings in what it learned in that topic, and what was said there stays current unless something newer replaced it.

  27. Fixed

A failed login pauses only that AI employee's tasks

Until now, when one AI employee's login stopped working, every recurring task in the company was switched off, and nobody was told. Now only that AI employee's own tasks pause, and you hear about it.

  28. Early access

Each topic shows its own unread count

Topics got sharper: every tab shows its own unread count, so you see at a glance where something new is waiting.

  29. Early access

Topics now work in chats with colleagues too

Topics now work in chats with colleagues too: sort a conversation into your own topic tabs, each with its own unread count and search, and nobody else sees your topics. In early access.

  30. New

Your AI employee listens for the mail you choose and handles it within minutes

Tell your AI employee in your own words which mail matters: mail from a colleague, a client or a whole domain, or mail to a shared address such as support or sales. Each match in your mailbox reaches your chat within minutes, handled the way you asked.

  31. Early access

An approval written in a topic decides only that topic

When you approve or decline inside a topic, your answer applies only to what was asked in that topic, so a yes in one topic never approves an action from another. In early access.

  1. Early access

Topics: several tasks with one AI employee at once

Split a long conversation with your AI employee into topics, and keep several pieces of work moving in parallel.

  2. Improved

A browser assistant that finishes the job

Give your AI employee a research task on the web, and it goes through every result, checks every criterion and hands you only what still fits.

  3. Improved

Archive a chat, and a new message brings it back

Keep your chat list tidy: Archive moves a chat away, and a new message brings it back.

  4. New

VEP on your phone: one fast app, no windows

On phones and tablets VEP is now one fast app: no windows to juggle, just your chats in a layout you already know.

  5. Improved

Your chats open at the newest message

Small things that make the phone feel right: you land exactly where you need to be.

  6. Fixed

Messages and photos from your phone get through, and voice messages play

Your phone is now as dependable as your computer: what you send arrives, and what you get opens.

  7. Improved

Picture edits with a before and after

Ask your AI employee to change a picture, and see exactly what changed.

  8. Improved

Problem reports that reach a person

When something is wrong, a person hears about it and you hear back in the same place.

  9. Improved

Answers that fit your phone and your time zone

Your AI employee now knows your local time and time zone and writes for the screen you hold.

  10. Improved

If something breaks, you hear it once, and your questions come back

Problems happen. Now the right person is told once, nobody gets spammed, and your unanswered questions come back to you.

  11. Improved

Reminders and mail alerts you can count on

Your AI employee keeps its word: it reminds you on time and tells you when the mail you wait for arrives.

  12. Fixed

Answers on your own AI plan no longer use your AI usage budget

Connected your own AI plan? Then the answers it pays for no longer count against your AI usage budget.

  13. Early access

Nothing happens in your name without your yes

Your AI employee can read, research and draft as much as it likes. With approvals on, the moment it wants to send an email, change a deal in your CRM or book a meeting, it asks you first.

  14. Early access

Approvals & Contracts: one place for every decision

A new workspace shows what is waiting for you and everything you have already decided, so nothing slips through.

  15. Improved

    Every agreement in one line

Your AI employee keeps track of the promises made in the conversations it follows for you. Now each one reads like a sentence you can act on: who owes whom what, by when and why.

  16. Improved

Meeting notes that know who said what

Your AI employee joins your meetings and sends the notes. Now far fewer speakers stay unnamed, and the notes cover the whole meeting.

  17. Early access

An AI team that runs itself

Your AI employees can now work as one team led by a CEO twin that comes to you only with what it cannot decide itself.

  18. Improved

Connect your Claude account from any device

Connecting your AI employee to your Claude account now works from any device, phone included, and the login renews itself until it needs a fresh sign-in.
