Fewer interruptions when we update the app
Until now, an update could make the site unavailable for several seconds and hold back replies for minutes. Most updates now do neither: you keep working while the new version takes over.
What you get
- During most updates the site stays up, and your AI employees keep answering without the pause there used to be.
- During those updates, a reply your AI employee is writing to you, an upload or a live voice conversation keeps going until it ends, for up to an hour, or less when several updates go out close together.
- Some updates still interrupt you: the site can be unreachable for up to about 15 seconds, a voice conversation, a phone call or an upload can be cut off, and replies can be held back for several minutes, sometimes longer. Messages you send to an AI employee in that time are kept and answered afterwards.
- Something you are in the middle of when an update goes out, such as a Google Meet sign-in or a phone call that is still ringing, may need to be started again.
